Rochester Chinese School (RSTCNS) was founded in Rochester, MN, in 1998. It is a non-profit organization. During the past years, RSTCNS offered a number of Chinese courses at different levels, organized Chinese art performances and other activities.

Through the support and encouragement from the local community, RSTCNS has made significant achievements in providing Chinese education and promoting Chinese culture. It has established a positive image in Rochester, especially in the Chinese community.

Starting year 2006, Rochester Chinese School is co-sponsored by Rochester Community and Technical College. Rochester Chinese School is now located on the campus of Rochester Community and Technical College.

In the coming school year, RSTCNS will continue its strive to serve the community and fight against the racial and sexual discrimination, making Rochester Chinese school better than ever.
