The Chinese New Year party on Saturday evening, Jan 28th, 2006, was very great and successful.Thank you all for all your particiaption and supports. Our students' performance was very impressive and amazing.
I would like to give my special thanks to Xie Tieying (Supervisor/Director-in-chief), Fang Yunhua (Organizer and singer), Zhan Wenzhi (photographer and video maker), Wu Danli (Organizer, singer, and rehearsal director), He Zhengwen (Chief finance and facilities director), Li JinPing (student performance director), Li Yan (art exhibition director and organizer), and more that I might missed. All your efforts made our Rochester Chinese School play a more and more important role in Rochester community.
Also, I would like to thank our co-sponsor, RCTC, Marilyn Hansmann, Vice President of Finance and Facilities, Carol Naatz, Facilities Coordinator, and her husband, attending our party, but regreted that we missed Barb Mollberg, Dean of Teaching and Learning and two other VIPs: Mike Bequette, vice president of teaching and learning, and Don Supalla, president of RCTC.
I am also very happy to have another group of VIP's from city Government, Donna (Mayor's associate) and her husband, Wes Bussell,Council Member Marcia Marcoux, Council Member Pat Carr, Council Member Bob Nowicki and wife Joan Nowicki, Council Member Amy Blenker and husband Shazad Ghaffar. I believe you all enjoyed our party and had a good time.
