Rochester Chinese School
Rochester Chinese School(RCS) will start its first day of 2008 Fall semester on September 6th, 2008. The school will offer preliminary, basic, intermediate and advanced Chinese classes for children, grades K-12 as well as for adults who have no prior knowledge or background in Chinese. Class objectives are to teach standard Chinese Pin-Yin and simplified Chinese characters and conversation. Additionally, three children’s art classes in objective sketching will be offered. Classes are held in the Fall from 9/6/2008 to 12/20/2008. Adult Chinese classes will be on Tuesday or Wednesday (flexible), 6:00-7:30PM and all other classes will be held every Saturday afternoon between 1PM-4PM, at Rochester Community & technical College (RCTC) in Rochester, Minnesota.
The tuition is $110 ($120 for adult classes) per class per semester plus the cost of textbook. It’s due on the first day of school (9/6/2008). Please make check payable to “Rochester Chinese School”. On-site registration will also be available in EH 103 on the first school day.
