Guidelines for Students
- Students are expected to attend the class on regular basis. In case students are unable to attend a class due to illness or other unexpected events, students should let their parents know and the parents are expected to notify the students' teachers ahead of time.
- Students should follow the instruction of the teachers and the parents on duty. When in class, students should remain in their own seats and do not disturb other students.
- Students are advised to pay attention to their own safety. No dangerous items are allowed in school.
- Students are advised not to go into other areas in the school building, which are not designated for use by Rochester Chinese School. They are advised not to run in the hallway of school building, to climb the railings or make loud noise.
- Students are responsible for their own personal properties such as books and backpacks.
- No food or drink is allowed in the classrooms. Littering is not acceptable in any area of the school.
- Students are advised not to write or paint on the desk or on the wall of the classroom, not to use or move any items in the classroom that are not for their own class usage such as computers, telephones and books.
- Students will be warned for the initial violation of above guidelines. Repeated violations will incur disciplinary actions.
