We hope all of you have had a wonderful summer break! We are excited with the approaching of the first day of the 2013-2014 school year. Please mark September 7, 2013 as the first day of RCS classes on your calendar. To kick off the new school year, the School will hold a Summer picnic for class registration on August 24:
What: Rochester Chinese School (RCS) Registration and Summer Picnic Day
When: 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Aug 24, 2013 (Saturday)
Where: East Shelter at Silver Lake Park (East Silver Lake Drive NE Rochester, MN, see the map)
Who: All new and returning students, parents, school staff, volunteers, supporters and their family members are cordially invited to this event.
Food: Delicious Chinese food, fruit and drinks will be provided. Each family is encouraged to bring a family-sized dish or dessert so we can increase the variety of food.
Attached please find the registration form. To avoid long line waiting at registration during the picnic, you are encouraged to print and fill out the form in advance and bring the form with your payment to the registration desk in the picnic. The late fee of $10 will be charged if the payment is made after registration (after 9/7/2013).

For students unable to attend the picnic on August 24, please arrive at school one hour early at 12:00 noon on September 7 to register and purchase / pick up your textbook or class material if needed at Room ST206, Science Technology Building, RCTC campus. Classes will start at 1:00 pm as usual.
